Aims and Outcomes
This ½ day programme will help school governors review current Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) planning and provision in their school in the light of the recently relaunched new statutory guidance and Ofsted requirements for career related learning outcomes including the new provider access requirements. The session has the aim of helping governors consider ways to support senior management teams to develop and implement a clear CEIAG strategic and operational plan.
The programme will consider the strategic positioning of CEIAG and how governors can play an active role to ensure the delivery of quality career and work related learning programmes for students.
This programme can be delivered using an on-line only or face to face approach to learning and development.
