Aims and Outcomes
The programme has been developed to provide a one day learning experience tailored to meet the individual needs of staff responsible for performance management within a wide range of organisations and settings.
The programme will contain a mix of well established frameworks and models as well as some newer approaches to performance management to ensure clear, accountable and measurable outcomes to individual performance.
Aim of the programme
The aim of the programme is to increase understanding and develop practice that recognises that performance management encompasses a wide range of business aspects, including, but not limited to:
- Performance Targets
- Quality of customer data
- Customer feedback and analysis
- Observed practice and coaching
- Performance Reviews
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- Carry out performance reviews that cover the critical areas of the business
- Retain records of discussions and actions agreed for future monitoring and review
- Agree a support programme with individuals not meeting company standards
- Help identify individual strengths and empower individuals to address areas of weak and poor practice
Delivery methods
A mix of input, practice application, skills practice, case studies and reflective practice.
This programme can be delivered as an on-line only, face to face or blended approach to learning.
